Entry Method: First Received by First Class Mail Only! No Hand Deliveries, Priority or Overnight mail.
Payment and entry form have to be received between opening and closing date.
Entry is not valid until payment is received.

b. Add membership Dues to shopping
cart and pay using PayPal
2. Print Application and Mail with Check to MBASWC, Inc. 3 Pinehill Way, Monterey, CA 93940 (Club can find Sponsors for Application)
